Timothy Hinkle is the Senior Pastor of Victory Tabernacle Family Worship Center located at 3910 Marysville Boulevard in Sacramento, California. He also serves on the International Ministerial Association (IMA) Western Board of Directors and as CEO for Christian Faith Outreach. A leading advocate for Israel, Pastor Hinkle is on the Board of Directors for the Israel Christian Nexus at the invitation of Brig. Gen. Shimon Erem and is co-founder -- along with his father, Pastor Troy Hinkle--of Come Answer The Call, a faith-based organization dedicated to building bridges with the Jewish & Arab communities----Currently, he is overseeing the development of new chapters of Come Answer The Call in Palo Alto, California, Seattle, Washington, and Shreveport, Louisiana. Active in the Sacramento community, Pastor Hinkle serves on the Twin Rivers Unified School District's Faith Community Agency and works closely with other area leaders in various outreach ministries. In 2008, he was appointed to the Redevelopment Advisory Committee for Del Paso Heights by the Mayor of Sacramento. Pastor Hinkle also had the unique opportunity to work with Dr. Ernie Bodai to introduce the Breast Cancer Research Stamp Project to the State of Israel in November 2006----Recently, Pastor Hinkle has been asked to serve on the Board of Directors for the Bay Area SCLC founded by the late Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and on the Board of Directors for the Nubian brothers. Both of these organizations focus on racial reconciliation, gang intervention, educational and vocational training for all age groups by providing mentoring programs, 12-step based recovery programs, diversity and tolerance training along with student-exchange programs-----Pastor Hinkle is a single father and lives in Sacramento with his four children: Timothy, Jacob, Matthew and Ariana. He resides resides in the family home of over 30 years with his mother, Pastor Fonda Hinkle, Senior Pastor Emeritus Victory Tabernacle FWC.
